Salli Carter is an international business coach, leadership consultant, educator, and professional speaker with more than 20 years of experience in business and over a decade working in higher education. Throughout her career, she has led large teams, supported entrepreneurs through growth and change, and worked with leaders across diverse industries to strengthen communication, leadership, strategy, and organizational development. Known for her approachable and down-to-earth style, Salli helps individuals and organizations move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling clear, confident, and capable of taking meaningful action.

Her work focuses on leadership development, business growth, communication, team dynamics, organizational learning, and helping people navigate the very real human side of leadership. Whether she is coaching an entrepreneur, facilitating a leadership workshop, speaking to a room full of professionals, or supporting organizational change initiatives, Salli brings a balance of strategy, reflection, practicality, and humour into every space she leads.

As a lifelong learner, Salli holds multiple graduate degrees in business and adult education and continues to pursue ongoing professional and academic development. Salli is deeply passionate about designing courses, facilitating programs, and creating engaging learning experiences within post-secondary education and professional development environments. She has taught and developed curriculum in business, leadership, communication, and management, and is known for creating spaces where people feel comfortable participating, asking questions, sharing ideas, and occasionally laughing at themselves in the process.

In addition to her consulting and facilitation work, Salli is the founder of multiple entrepreneurial ventures and the host of The Educator Experience Podcast, where she explores the stories, challenges, and experiences that shape educators, leaders, and professionals.

Outside of work, Salli is happiest outdoors exploring trails somewhere in beautiful British Columbia or sitting in the audience of a comedy show. She’s usually the one laughing the loudest.
